My Passions

Since I currently always talk about life being crazy/hectic/ahh, I figured I would start posting about different subjects... you know, actually blog about topics! haha.

I wouldn't by any means call myself an artsy person.... but when I'm stressed or just feeling in the mood for a craft, I LOVE scrapbooking!!! I also like decorating (and look forward to moving in August and decorating a new house we're hopefully going to rent), making blankets, etc. I love going into Hobby Lobby, little boutiques, Michaels, etc. and finding cute stuff for the house.

For the past 6 months, I have been working on a scrapbook with my friends Amanda and Joe. They have an almost two year old daughter and are trying to scrapbook her first year of life. These are some of the pages below. I think they're cute!! Eventually, I want to do a scrapbook of me and Allen. I have already done one for my family, my best friends Liz and Kyrie and another one for a couple other friends, but I need to do one of our love story (cheesy I know haha) especially of all the pictures of us dating before we get married. :) I think it would be fun to send him pictures of the pages as they are completed so he can be kept up with it while he's gone and remember the fun times. :)

 The last pictures are just pictures of my apartment that I am currently living in that I decorated. I am living with my brother, and he just loves that it is girly!! Haha, but I really love all the decor I have collected and think it is just exciting to arrange it in my own personal way. You will see more pictures after I move into my next house/apartment in August-ish and hopefully I will find cute/r ways to decorate with the items I've collected!! :) And of course, I can't wait to decorate my house when I move in with Allen after we get married!! Just over 450 days left! :) haha
